↗START WITH THE OUTCOME
A useful 3D tour starts with a clear audience. Are you helping a prospect choose a property, introducing guests to a venue or giving your team a shared view of a building? We use that purpose to shape the capture scope and the deliverables in your quote.
We visit your property, scan the agreed areas and prepare your tour. You receive a link you can share and guidance for adding the tour to your website. Visitors choose where to look and how to move through the captured space. Dollhouse and floor-plan views are available where supported by the model.
Add a downloadable schematic floor plan, approved information tags or selected scan-derived still images when they serve your goal. These are separate deliverables: a tour’s floor-plan view is not the same as a downloadable plan, and extracted images are not a separate photography shoot.
The planning package includes six months of hosting for one standard active space. Your quote confirms the model count, the included period and the renewal price. Tell us how long you expect to use the tour so ongoing costs are clear from the start.
FROM IDEA TO HANDOVER
Start with your approximate square footage, location and intended use. We then confirm the areas to capture, preparation, access and any optional deliverables. After our visit, we process the scan and walk you through one review of the tour presentation.
After review, use your link on the relevant website page or share it directly with your audience. Your final quote sets the delivery schedule; complex access, extra models and technical exports are assessed separately.
